To the United States Congress and the American people:

We, the undersigned, respectfully call upon Congress to propose a Constitutional Amendment establishing a four-year, nonrenewable active term for future Justices of the United States Supreme Court.

The goal is to create regular, predictable terms under the same rules regardless of which political party controls the presidency.
